I just received the DVD two days ago and I have done it twice thus far. I love it. It was just what I was looking for to supplement my daily gym workouts. Jay and the girls really work you out to help tone those sexy parts. I love the fact that you can customize your workout. If you are looking for a workout that is effective without all that crazy choreography then this is the workout for you. I highly recommend it!

I just want to say that I workout a lot and am in good physical condition and I enjoyed this workout. I have only done the high impact portion of the video and I did do 30 mins of cardio prior to the 30 minute strength in this workout video. With that said it was actually not a bad workout. I don't think it was worth the $17.00 I paid for it but it was not bad. I liked Jay's positive attitude and affirmations that he would say throughout the video. It really gave me motivation and a new way to look at working out. I wish they would have done more reps but all in all the actual workout is really quite good. I do recommend that if you do workout a lot to use weights on the leg portion to give yourself that extra oomph it is missing with the short sets.

If you are new to working out or if you workout all the time and can find it for $9.99 then I indeed would recommend this workout video.

Just my opinion take what you like and leave the rest.

In the beginning I felt as if I was hardly exercising at all, but was sweating anyway. The hard impact exercises were challenging at first since I am out of shape. This video was fun and I felt sore (the good kind) for a couple of days after. You can easily chose your intensity level as you feel comfortable by choosing which cheerleader you follow or by adding more resistance. I like the pace, but Jay does kind of talk too much.

I've been doing this workout every morning for one week now..I can see a difference in my abs and thighs and I feel more energetic. This is a wonderful DVD, very effective...and Easy! It's not like most that have you sweating your bottom off and then you don't even see any results. It's all about resistance and reps. Have recommended to Family and Friends and I recommend to anyone to wants to tone and loose weight!

Bought the DVD online after doing the condensed free workout from Comcast's OnDemand menu. Totally love this DVD! My roommates and I use it all the time, I really like how they separate the low impact and high impact workouts, and the options to customize your workout. It's great because you can select the areas that you are interested in working out or select your routines based on how much time you have. Don't worry if you're a beginner or buff and tone already, they show three different levels of intensity for each move, so it's perfect for everyone. Plus the DVD has a ton of extra work outs and bonus features too! Definitely recommend this DVD :)
